John Luther is a Certified Residential Appraiser (RD6165) and Licensed All-Lines Insurance Adjuster (License #G237493) with over 20 years of experience evaluating residential properties throughout Central Florida. As President of Accurate Appraisals of Central Florida, John offers a detail-oriented, data-driven approach to every assignment, combining market expertise with a strong understanding of property condition, value trends, and complex valuation scenarios.
In addition to residential appraisals, John has served as an expert witness in both state and out-of-state legal proceedings, providing clear, well-supported valuation testimony for divorce settlements, estate disputes, insurance-related matters, and other litigation. His dual licensing and extensive courtroom experience underscore his credibility and commitment to accuracy—whether for lending, legal, or private use.
The Appraisal Process
Residential home inspections typically take 60-90 minutes. We measure the home and take photos of each room. We request a list of improvements to the home and take quality and condition into consideration within each report.

Turnaround time is typically 24 to 48 hours from the inspection for receipt of your report.
